I just recently made the decision to switch to organic, all natural products especially when it comes to things that go down the drain like shampoos, soaps, and all the other things used during bath time. I found the right organic shampoo & conditioner for my hair immediately. What took me a while was finding the right soap. There were so many to choose from, but each one that I tried just dried out my skin. Even when I put lotion to ease the dryness, my skin would still be itchy-dry. When I came across BY NATURE Handmade Soaps, I felt like it was God's answer to my prayers. Hehe. It was all natural, hand made, all-Filipino, and best of all, it did not dry out my skin! The 1st BNHS bar that I tried was Citrus White. It's a whitening bar, and yet it wonderfully hydrates my uber dry skin. To Sis Darlene, thank you for coming up with these wonderful bars of soap. Keep up the excellent work and more power to you! ^_^ I hope you'll come up with an organic lotion with SPF sometime soon. And a facial care line too! Hehehe... God Bless! ^_^

BY NATURE says: Thank you for sharing this, Dianne!  Apparently, regular lotions don't really do their job in moisturizing our skin since they are mostly made up of synthetic chemicals, preservatives, and fragrances.  The "moisturizing" feeling they give is usually just temporary.  I'm very glad that you instantly felt the difference in my handmade soaps and that your skin feels hydrated.  With regular use, you may not even have to use lotion anymore.  But if you still prefer to, you may try my 100% NATURAL alternative to lotion -- Moisturizing Oilotion and Soft 'N Supple Oil Over.

Hi Darlene!  As promised, I am giving you a feedback on your new natural products.  As you advised, I have been using for two weeks now, the Balm of Butter, on my 10-year old son's dry and dark knees.  Thanks to this new product, the dryness is gone and the dark knees have lightened as well.  I apply it on his knees twice a day.  I do use it as well on my two year-old's insect bite which left a dark spot on her leg and the mark has lightened since I applied Balm of Butter on it.   It's an extra bonus that when I open the jar it has a nuttly chocolate scent which reminds me of "chocnut".  My kids often see me sticking my nose inside the jar.

The Baby Salve is another effective product.  I have applied it on my daughter's mosquito bite on the forehead and I noticed that the swelling and redness has subsided.  She does not scratch it, so I presume that it helped ease the itchiness as well.

The Lippy Pot Balm does prevent chappy lips and it does not feel heavy on the lips like the other lip balms.  My two girls use it as well especially my two year old who calls it her "lipstick".  After I apply it on her,  she would press her lips together and pout it afterwards as if it's really lipstick.

I am yet to try the Soft 'N Supple Oil Over which I got as a freebie from your promo but I am sure it is a good and effective product,  I am still consuming my half-bottle of Moisturizing Oilotion, which I love putting on the skin after every bath since it is easily absorbed by the skin and keeps it soft and smooth.  I have been using it for more than a year now and this is truly a wonderful product!

Your soaps remain to be my family's favorite.  My kids love Olive Beauty, Baby Blue and No Bites Bar. My son still swears he could smell the scent of Olive Beauty although I always insist it is unscented. My daughter enjoys the scent of No Bites Bar because according to her it smells like Citronella.   My husband still considers Green Tea Escape as his favorite while I personally love Utter Bliss, Baby Blue and Lavender Treat.

The Moisturizing Insect Repellent continues to be a part of my kids morning and evening ritual.  It is very effective against mosquitoes,  at the same time it keeps their skin moisturized. It  does not have that strong scent like the other insect repellents in the market.

I am glad to have discovered your products two years ago.  You will definitely get good value for your money.  You'll be assured that my family and I will continue to patronize your soaps and other natural products.

Thanks for recommending your soaps. I made my first purchase of your handmade soaps last week and I am very happy with those I am using now. I bought Baby Blue, Dairy Bar, Olive Beauty, Lavender Treat and Very Oatmeal. I am currently using the first two, and loving them both! You are right about Baby Blue. It is so mild that I have been using it on my face from day one. It feels so clean on my skin without leaving a feeling of dryness. I threw away my remaining bottle of cetaphil even if it wasn't empty yet.  I will be using Olive Beauty on my baby next and I'll tell you about it. I can't wait to use the rest. Thanks again.

BY NATURE says:  Thanks so much for your testimony, Jill!  I'm very happy to know that Baby Blue has that same effect on you -- really soft on the skin.  I can't wait to hear your feedback once your baby starts using Olive Beauty.  You can use it on him from head to toe.  Just be careful with the lather entering his eyes, though.  You can put a dry face towel on his forehead to absorb any dripping lather while you shampoo his hair.  I personally think that it's such a great feeling to be able to do away with products that contain so much chemicals, especially products for our children.

Since she has become a reseller, we only use your soaps because we want to be able to experience first hand its benefits to better market it.
I was first hooked on your Minty Rosemary until after almost 5 consecutive bars of it, she convinced me to try something else. I've tried around 5-6 variants already but my favorite is your Lavender Treat.

Suffering from back acne has been a problem since I was a child. It gets so bad sometimes that I've really avoided wearing anything that would expose my back. After using your Lavender Treat, I was truly surprised because it worked wonders for me. The acne and irritation has lessened and my back has started to feel smooth without any marks at all. It's like having new skin revealed. =)

I've tried creams and acne med but none has ever worked for me. I'm really glad Grace convinced me to try this one.
