I got an e-mail from my sister about this and it totally made sense. It's about the ICE Campaign. ICE standing for "In Case of Emergency". We all don't know when something will happen to us (just being realistic here) so it's best to be prepared. We carry our cellphones with us almost everywhere we go and it is one of the first things a person will check for contacts. But given all the numbers saved in our phones, there is no way a stranger will know what number to call. So it is best that we follow this suggestion. Just put "ICE" before the names of those you want to be reached in case of an emergency. All of us should follow this, but I think it's especially a must for the following people: pregnant women who may go on labor anytime, the elders, those who have serious health conditions (like heart problems, high blood pressure, asthma, epilepsy, etc.), and kids who are given a cellphone at a very young age. This is already being practiced by some emergency service personnels and hospital staff. If we help spread this idea, it will eventually become a common practice and it can save your life or a loved one's life. So after reading this, go get your cellphone and add your "ICE" names. Some peeps with Ice as nicknames (I have at least one in my phonebook w/such name)should consider getting another pet name, otherwise in a couple of years or so, they just might get a handful of emergency calls. :-)
