PETA TV: Charlize Theron's Puppy Mill Investigation

I admire Charlize Theron for doing this and exposing the truth behind puppy mills.

I was just checking on what's new in PETA and this is what I saw (aside from more animal cruelty happening).

Hundreds of thousands of these animals are poisoned, blinded, and killed every year in outdated and ineffective product tests for shampoos, household cleaners, cosmetics, hairsprays, and other personal care and household items. Although more than 600 companies have banned all animal tests forever, some corporations still force substances into animals' stomachs and drip chemicals into rabbits' eyes. These tests are not required by law, and they often produce inaccurate and misleading results—even if a product has blinded an animal, it can still be marketed to you.

Read on to view the list of companies the STILL DO test on animals! You'll be surprised to know that most of us, if not all, actually "support" these companies because we purchase their products.

Let us NOT SUPPORT or buy products from companies that do or fund ANIMAL TESTING. Let us NOT BUY clothes or accessories that have or are made purely of REAL FUR. Let us NOT WATCH shows that use ANIMALS FOR ENTERTAINMENT. Let us NOT EAT the meat of ABUSED AND CRUELLY SLAUGHTERED ANIMALS. (or better yet, let us try to lessen our intake of meat, which can be bad for our health)

Remember: WHEN THE BUYING STOPS, THE KILLING CAN, TOO!
